Two months ago, I moved into an apartment with Riley. Riley is 8 months old and barks at everything. When I first moved here, he was really bad about barking when I left. He only would bark and cry when I left. Well hes gradually gotten better, but now I guess my neighbor wants to be mean and complain when Riley does bark or cry. He called the manager and said Riley had cried/barked for the past two days when I leave. I really don't understand why hes complaining now, seeing how Riley has gotten alot better about barking. Anyway, they said if he complains again I either have to get rid of Riley or move. So what will help his barking. I have to have ideas that really dont involve me being home because he doesnt bark when I'm home.
