You know us Germans...it's either got to have vinegar, beer, chocolate or CHEESE!
Beer Cheese Soup:
1 can cheddar soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 block of Velveta
16 oz medium cheddar (cubed)
16 oz extra sharp cheddar (cubed)
1 12 oz beer
2 TBSP Galic Salt
1/8 c Worchester sauce (more or less to taste)
1/4 c milk to thin if desired
Throw it all in there together and cook on low to melt, stirring occasionally, until all cheese is melted well. Very important to use the extra sharp cheese as it affects the texture/thickness.
We eat it w/ hamburger steaks.
