I've got 4 inside, everyone is paper trained, and that's the way I like it..It depends on if you're home all the time..if you go to school or work, then with such a small puppy, you just about have to pee pad train them, as they can't hold their bladders all day...I suggest an xpen, with it's bed/pee pad, water and food and toys..you can make them all different sizes. If you're home all the time and want to train him to go outside, then do just that..you can google housebreaking puppies and find a lot of ideas on how to do it..good luck..patience, love and plenty of love (sometimes treats) when he uses the pad or goes outside..remember, he's just a baby..they can't be expected to have any control over their bladders until between 12=14 weeks.
