The tracheal on these guys are very delicate and it's possible hers is a bit too soft. (don't put collars or anything else on her neck.) If they get excited or scared it usually triggers a coughing episode.
Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it. There is also the posibility she could have kennel cough, which sounds the same way, with the dry cough then wretching. For that you can put a steamer in the area with her which helps quite a bit. It's just a cold and has to run it's course. Medications will not cure it, only time can.
