I don't know what it is. This is the second time I have heard of leaving a dog at Banfield for a routine appt. It is not normal and I would never do it. This is the time when you should talk to the vet about vaccines, spay/neuter, training, diet and concerns. Besides, it's just not normal. You should never have to drop off for a physical, only hospitalization or extensive testing.
