Film Yorkie Choking, PLEASE HELP!

Hello Everyone, im new to this forum and i have been reading so many threads and i love all the advice.

Well, i just purchased a new yorkie girl, and her name is Remy. she is so good, she is about 13 1/2 weeks old now @ 2.7LBS. Anyways she is very very active and LOVES to chew on EVERYTHING she can get her teeth on. Well i got her from a breeder which i thought was a very honest breeder (which she wasnt). Right after i got her she said call me if you have any questions and i did, but she NEVER replied back. Also she did give me a 1 year health guarantee, but she seemed kind of fishy because when i was talking to her she was like "oh no you don't know to take her to the vet, she is very healthy" which she is. Anyways, if i took her advice and DID NOT send her to the vet within 72 hours the aggreement would have been nulled. But i am not that stupid. Anyways.. i took her to Banfield and left her there the entire day (which they told me to just drop her off, for her physical), and they called me around 1pm and said she was healthy. They asked me if there was any problems, and i told them that she has been coughing alot, well not actually coughing, more like choking, like she's trying to get something out of her throat, or trying to throwup, like there is something stuck in there. Anyways, she does this maybe once or twice during the day and then once at night when we are asleep, but again she is very active and doesnt seem to bother her. She seems pretty healthy to me but again im not sure and i already took her to the vet and they didnt say anything about it, they just said she was healthy. So if anyone can give me a clue what it may be, that would be great.

THANK YOU!
