There have been a couple of threads about Chester. He is the little yorkie who was thrown over the fence INTO the Bakersfield, CA SPCA. He was found only walking on 3 legs. At first it was thought that being thrown over the fence broke his leg, but then it was found out that his leg had been broken prior to this and he was never taken to the vet to repair it. Since he gets around so well on 3 legs they decided not to put him thru the pain of re-breaking the leg to try to fix it, which may or may not qwork. He is getting a new foster mom (vixen767) in Las Vegas.

Tomorrow I will be travelling to Bakersfield and picking Chester up from the SPCA and bringing him home to my house for a night full of loving. Then since I have to travel to San Diego for a teddy bear show on Friday, we will transport Chester part of the way and meet vixen to turn Chester over to her for his trip home to Las Vegas.

I just want to thank vixen767 (Stephanie) for saving this little guy and agreeing to foster him until he finds a forever home.
