Oh no...were yall some of the ones that got it before the big price drop? I think it went down from $499 to $399 about 2-3 months ago. But I think you can go through Apple and get a rebate.
I would say be careful with unlocking it because you won't get any of the updates. If you try to download the newest one, it will "brick" the phone..which means it will stop working altogether.
