Default Too much protein??

Okay, we have noticed Koda is peeing and pooping larger amounts then he usually does. I remember reading somewhere that too much protein in there deit may cause this. We are feeding him Innova Puppy Dry food, here are the Ingrediants:
Turkey, Chicken, Chicken Meal, Ground Barley, Ground Brown Rice, Cottage Cheese, Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Chicken Fat, Natural Flavors, Flaxseed, Potatoes, Herring, Apples, Carrots, Alfalfa Sprouts, Egg, Garlic, Chicory Root Extract, Direct-fed Microbials, Vitamins/Minerals

We love this brand because it doesn't have any fillers, and Koda seems to love the taste. Could it be possible that it has too much protein? If so then what should I which to? My feed store does sell Canidae..
Or am I just over-worried, and this is normal?

If it matters Koda is almost 2 pounds and he turned 12 weeks on saturday..
