We have Sprint, and I've been overall very pleased with them in the last 7 years. They have always taken care of us when I've requested upgrades or other services.

Our last bill was funky... $130 in extra charges for use of internet services. Hubby and I recently upgraded phones but did not rack up these charges. The only time I even use internet on my phone is to view a pic message; my highest bill for doing that was an extra $7.

I e-mailed customer service and told them that I was very upset about the charges, not understanding WHERE they could have come from. Keep in mind that $33 of it was on hubby's line and the rest on my line so I know there was an error. We also were incorrectly charged an upgrade fee that was supposed to be a free offer.

The associate took off all the extra charges. I then requested a block put on both lines since we couldn't track what caused the issue, and he handled it immediately.

I was extremely pleased with the result. I hope you can solve your issues with as much satisfaction.
