sure, this is super easy:
pot roast (any size will do ,whatever you need)
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
season all as desired
a couple of baby carrots
2 potatoes sliced
1/2 a onion sliced
1/2 cup of water..
layer the crop pot with the veggies, season the meat to taste, then sprinkle all over the salt,pepper and add the water.. put on high for 5 to 6 hours and voila! |
