I use frontline plus and have had no problems. The only thing I have ever noticed that I am not even sure can be attributed to FP is that one of my girls has a strip of fur on her shoulderblades (where you apply it) that appears to be broken off. I had posted a thread about it a while back. I have not had any health issues though. My husband has talked about switching them for a few months though. He is convinced that after a while the fleas start to become immune to the treatment. I do not know about that, but as long as what I use works without any bad side effects I don't mind switching.
