As a retired groomer I can tell you accidents happen. Dogs do nto udnerstand they msut be still and a puppy can get very jumpy. I have nicked body parts and I felt just awful...but Yorkies were so forgiving, they still kissed me bye when their mommies came to get them. I would look for a groomer who works from their home. I did not have to groom in volume and could take time with each..when a groomer has a schedule and large numbers to finish in a day, accidents are more previlent. Best wishes |
