I can see past the needed bath and he's going to be quite the handsome boy for sure!! He has either an over or underbite, which make it look as though he's smiling. How darling. It's going to be like having a young puppy and starting from scratch with all the training, but with little dogs that have been badly neglected, they are always so happy and grateful at having a home, love and good food that they will do anything to make you happy.
