Well Teddi always wears a bell so I know where she is. In the beginning it takes a little to get used to so you don't step on them but then everyone learns how it works. It was a little hard for my standard poodle in the beginning because Teddi kept getting under her feet but they both figured it out and now everyone is fine. During the day Teddi stays in the kitchen with a gate (otherwise I think she would drive Cassie crazy trying to play with her all day).
