When Muffin's tummy starts making those noises it ALWAYS means she has an upset tummy. It happens to her every couple of months and she won't eat at all. Sometimes her tummy gurgles so loud I just know she's uncomfortable. I usually do give her a little Pepto Bismol as this helps but it's usually 24 hours before she's feeling back to her normal self.
