It happens. My Meka started off with potty pads at 9 wks. She's now 10 mo and does great 98% of the time. As a matter of fact, last night she pee'd & poo'd on the pad, however left a few pieces of poo right next to the pad... She too knows its wrong, because she hesitates to come to me when I call her to her "accidents". But, I remain consistant and talk to her....telling her NO POTTY ON THE FLOOR and redirecting her to her pad. They'll get it... just takes patience and lots of spot cleaner...lol
