So, you're getting a puppy from a pet store, but, yet you have to go pick him up yet? If you haven't paid for him, I would back out..I'm not coming down on you, I know how hard it is, and it breaks your heart, but, you have to remember, puppies at pet stores come from puppy mills, a lot of them end up having a lot of problems on down the road, and some of the times, they're not even purebred. If you haven't paid, please back out and get one with a reputable breeder.
If you do go through with this, and you decide to change him over on food, do it gradually..I know the vets around here all use science diet, I would ask your vet what he recommends. |
