seems customer service for cell phone companies is at an all time low. The whole economy is so bad that they will do what it takes to not 'lose' money, even if the money is not THEIRS in the first place.

I had to ask to speak to a manager for american express last night regarding 3 $15 late charges they charged me when I have a balance on the card of under $100 and I pay more than the minimum every month. I should get a $0 bill the following month if the minimum is $15 and I pay $50. GGGRRR The manager refunded me 2 late fees. I should have called earlier so I understand, but how retarded are they? I told him I was paying it off and cancelling it, thats when they refunded me.

Cell phone companies are the WORST! Tmobile was pretty good, if they have that in your area. I had that YEARS ago though, so they might be bad like the rest of them now... I just remember their customer service being heads above the rest of those companies!
