Another tip - make sure you use WARM water. DO NOT USE COLD WATER!!!! It will HURT. It will hurt worse than natural childbirth. It will put you on your knees on the floor in tears and praying to your higher power to take you NOW. Please listen to this tip. I speak from experience!
