Okay so I did a few things to make sure Barney started using his puppy pads
1. Don't let him eat human food
2. Spray him with sleeptime tonic from happy tails (
www.happytails.com) b/f I leave my house for a long time (like date night or at night- b/c I find this is harder on him)
3. Went treat psycho everytime he peed in the right spot
