I have a very,very small hand held rechargable Dremel Drill at home that looks exactly like the pet ones! I paid like $20 at Walmart .
Since mine hate the sound. What I have done is cut a small hole in a bath towel and wrap my yorkie like a burrito lol and only put one paw through the hole.He stays still and I sand down his nails and they are smooth and last much longer than clipping them.
Dremel rechargable drill around $20
