Me and my husband are trying to plan a trip, but we are not sure what to do with the little guys. His brother has 2 dogs that he has boarded at a local place and said that he was really pleased with them. I just feel horrible leaving my babies somewhere, with people I don't know. I am scared that something will happen to them, which makes the whole situation upsetting.
I don't know what else to do though, because I have nobody to take care of them while I am gone. Plus, Oliver is so timid around people, I just know that he will be scared the whole time. Frankie needs drops in his eye 3 times a day, because he does not produce tears. I give them lots of love and attention, and they are used to that. I don't want them to basically be locked up for 3 days straight. I am considering just going alone, but I really want me husband to go with.
What has been your experiences with boarding? Any other thoughts?
