I'll try attaching a picture of "Spike" my yorkie that has passed on and my little grandson in Kentucky. I miss them both desperately.
Thanks again.
Oh good you found one you like - you did GREAT on your frames !! Bless little Spikes heart...sorry for your loss..... and your grandson is totally adorable !

I TOTALLY forgot this program ...Photo IMPACT 10 - FREE TRIAL - This 1st frame below was made in that program -

The other thing I do - and this is cheating ...is IF I see a frame I LOVE - I will CROP out a pic and superimpose it over the pretty framed picture in Photoshop Elements - you open BOTH pics - and move the one you want in the frame OVER the other one...This is the WRONG way but it works for me ! I don't know enough PSP or Photoshop to be able to delete out backgrounds so I just PILE the pic on top and save that way - A friend did that pic of Chanel and I made one for Cheri using THAT frame - and a smudged background.

The FIRST one is created in Photo Impact 10
2nd I'm not sure about but I used a frame that already had a pic in it
