Hmmm, I am in Michigan so I don't know. Have you tried the univerities? I thought that quite a few vets were offering this now. To be honest, although this may be a better and less painful way of doing it, I think the old way is just fine. While it would be a bonus to get it done this way (maybe, haven't read tons about it), the first things I would be concerned with is if I trust my vet, they use the right anesthesia, preop bloodwork is done, pain meds are given and a heated surgery table is used.
