Usually rescues are offered this discount only after bringing in tons of business. The vet will notice their cause and offer them a discount, usually no more then 25% off. I'm sorry but i just don't think what you want to do is possible.

Wow.... you're right.... bad idea..... why bother.... not possible... no support.... hard work.... lots of rescues out there already.... <<shrug>> Guess there's enough people out there in the world to care for all the needy Yorkies.... no sense adding one more to the "burnt out after 6 months" list.
