I have a good one that happened today. I work at a vet clinic, a client came in to refill her dog's pain meds--while there the Dr was going over an estimate for another client(an elderly lady and her daughter) in the lobby(a Prophy and tumor removal)--I finished up the lady's bill. We talked a little about pet insurance, then I told her to have a good day and went to take of charts--I kinda noticed she was stalling and thought, well-maybe she wanted to ask the Dr something or say hi. When the Dr finished up talking to her and we were all out of the lobby, I guess the lady went up to the other clients and gave them $100 towards their bill. The clients she gave the money too were almost in tears, they were so grateful!! It reminds you that there are angels out there somewhere. |
