How about if you take someone with you to the Dr. appointment? Sometimes that can really help to make you feel calmer.

I'm glad they are being nice about it and are willing to work with you.
Usually I always go with my DH because it helps me to feel more calm, but I knew with the allergy testing being such a long process, I likely wouldn't be able to calm down. I tend to have one anxiety attack after another when I'm in a stressful situation and for me, the dr is so stressful. Even though it's such a routine thing and I do trust them there.

I'm going to try to get it together somehow, and then reschedule it maybe in a month or so. I'm just bummed because I was so excited to get started on these shots!
