Hmm..that's odd..cuz Tammy, the owner is very very fast with responding emails..maybe she's busy with holidays. Maybe you can try emailing her again. I have 2 and i love love them. they are the best when travelling..My girls LOVE the bags..they just run straight in the bag when i unzip them..lol
