 Does anyone have experience with a Dog Door....
I recently bought one, but I am not sure if it is a good idea. I can think of a million positives and negatives. I have a dog sitter come to the house 3 times a day when I am away to take care of my dogs, but I still feel awful keeping them in the house all day. I have 2 Yorkies, a Golden, and a Sheltie. They like to play outside, and we have an acre of land. I am thinking of fencing off 1/2 of it, and giving them the front yard to play, and go in and out as they want, and still having the dog sitter come 3 times a day. I would have the dog door locked at night, so no one or no thing can come in at night. Does anyone have experience with this? I am a bit nervous, that they will go out in the rain, get all muddy, and then come in the house, and wipe it all over my house. Like if no one is here to stop them..... So if anyone has any experience with it, I would love to hear it! |
