I did like it, but DH loved it! At first I thought he was just being sarcastic or overly nice since it took me so dang long, but he ate a ton of it and was raving about the cookbook and how vegan food isn't so bad
The cupcakes were a work in progess... lol I tried to pipe the frosting on just using a regular plastic bag and that definitely did not work so they ended up getting a scoop of frosting slathered on,
I think start to finish the entire thing, dessert included took me 4 hours or so. Not something I'll probably do during the week, but I was happy I didn't burn the house down!
There was a 'sauce' explosion that happened and I was starting to worry I might really burn the house down then.
