That dog sounds like a terror. Quite frankly your sil better start working on those behaviour issues. Sounds like she wants to be top dog. That kind of aggression tends to extend on to people as well. So she better be careful and watch it when the baby comes. I know it's small dog but small dogs can do some damage too.
I don't know if I could watch that dog. It's hard because it's just like when you have a good friend and her kids are monsters. Very touchy situation to be in. Good luck. Hopefully you can get the dog to behave some by the time your abby sitting job is done.
