Gently fold the ear forward so the sides form a taco shape. Then simply put a piece of scotch/plastic tape around the ear to hold it. Don't do it so tight that the sides of the ear are together. If you do a search on taping, there are some great threads with diagrams of how to do it. Also shave the top 1/3 of the ear, inside and out. If you are not comfortable doing this, I'm sure a groomer would be happy to help you out.
