A zip line is a line that is strung up (kind of like a clothes line) and another line is attached to it in a way that it can move freely up and down that line, then the other end of that line is attached to the dogs collar or harness. That way the doggie can run up and down the line, but can't lose into the street or mean old neighbor's yards where the can get hurt.
