I would start her on chicken or lamb.

As far as the teeth, if she only eats the soft raw food, it will not benefit her teeth. She needs raw meaty bones to along with the raw meat. The bones keep the teeth clean.

You can see a thread here titled "raw feeding, info needed." there is a lot of info there.
