Recommend the medallion is fully defrosted....Reason I mention this, one time I gave it to my two before it was defrosted enough and they just walked away from it. Now I just defrost a couple of medallions in a ziplock the night before in the fridge and by morning it's good to go.
You have been a great mommy in making home made dishes. I did this for about 3 months last year and my dogs loved it. May take a little while for Layla to ween off from mom's good cooking.
