I think she might just be going through a protective stage, since you did take the food away from her before and she wants to make sure it won't happen again.

I think you did the right thing by yelling at her, because she needs to learn right now that she canNOT bite. I'd suggest you don't go near her when she's eating, because she might just blindly snap at you to protect her food.

She's bitten the cat twice, and I think that's enough to put him in his place. If she does it again, I'd reccomend a time out or something. Good luck!
