I hate to say, but sounds like your neice was taken advantage of. I'm sure that the "breeder" (and I use that term loosely) told her exactly what she wanted to hear so that she could close the sale.

That is exactly what i was afraid of Well i did get to look over the contract yesterday and it does state that she has 4 days to have the dog vet checked and also temperment checked and that if the vet does not okay the dog or the temperment is not a good one for the family/owner she can return the dog for a full refund so i may have to explain all i have heard from here thanks everyone you have been of great help
