Is layla really small? i cannot remember. Missing a meal probably won't kill her. If it were my dog i would pick up the food, give her nothing else, and then try again at dinner time when she might be more hungry to try new things. if she doesn't eat the dinner meal within a half hour then i'd mix some in with her homecooked. Hopefully she'll eat it then.
