Thanks Sugar's Mom. The only problem with her is the $600 adoption fee - that I am unable to afford. If the puppy's current owners agreed to adopt her to me there would be a transportation fee in addition to the $600 rehoming fee. Although the pup is young and likely very healthy, I would insist on doing a full diagnostic with my vet to make sure the little one is 100% healthy.
My ideal dog would be one who comes from a family who isn't asking for an adoption fee, but wants to know the dog is going to a good home. I could provide regular updates and photographs on a long-term basis. If the dog has health problems, I can provide veterinarian services through my business's barter system.
I wish I had as much cash as I do barter credit (nearly $20,000 in barter credit from doing four websites recently at $5,000 each). |
