I don't think the Nature Variety has a strong smell to it. I can't really tell. (I have allergies, which have been bothering me lately.) Maybe try mixing the homecook with the Nature Variety. Maybe it didn't have a strong enough smell to make her interested. Then, cut back on the homecook.
