I hope you found them a good home.. we acutally "found" a cockatiel this summer...
well, she found us... we were all outside starting up a grill and this thing flew into my boyfriend's brother's head.. he got so freaked..
Fortuantely, I had a cage at my old house from parakeets I had way back when.
"Buddy" that's what I call her, is such a scaredy cat, though, she won't let anyone put their finger (let alone hand) in her cage.. she'll just start screeching
Someone must have really abused her
She is beautiful though..
