I got them at valethics.com They so much cheaper there, and they're the same thing. They have brand new, then they have reclaimed bed pads. All different sizes, and levels of quality as well. They are sanitized and perfectly fine, I got new small ones and then bigger used ones(the highest quality) and if I hadn't known which were which, I couldn't tell the difference.
I do a prewash, then a regular wash with bleach, and then a triple rinse with vinegar. I recommend using unscented detergent, as they then smell different from other laundry (rugs, towels, and linens). There have been a huge decrease in potty accidents on rugs
