I had an order not show up after 2 weeks (figured it was military mail screwing it up) so I emailed them. They confirmed my address and re-printed and shipped it to me again, other than verifying my addy, no questions asked. The funny part was it was a free product any how, as they do promotions for their existing customers. They are great!
