The nerve block is working! I took Daddy home from the hospital today
He is still in some pain, but nothing compared to what he was when he was admitted to the hospital.
He is able to walk using the walker, and was able to sit in HIS chair this evening. I am so happy for him.
He's going back on the 17th and the surgeon is going to make the decision as to whether he will be able to cauterize the nerve endings in his back.
That will give him permanent pain relief!
