I have struggled with that one. I get the question all the time on Nappy, and at first I would say beaver Yorkie and people thought I was being a smart**s!!
Now I just say Biewer as we would pronounce it and I tell them about the piebald gene and German ancestry. And when they get the dear in the headlights look, then I just say " he's a tri-colored Yorkie LOL
