It's horrible that pets and people on this forum have had it, but atleast I know that it's curable. Archie's on med for it for 5 days, because the vet isn't really sure if he actually has it or not, but he has been showing symptoms (bloody poo, itching feet, a little bit more tired than usual, but generally the same). He's been swimming in a lake in Flushing, NY (I know what you're thinking...why are you letting your dog swim in a lake in a place called Flushing...), but the symptoms didn't show up until now. I think it stays dormant for a while.
