 National Geographic show (Dog Town) about puppy mills
It's on now. CBS (Entertainment tonight) had a feature and had a little terrier on there. The little terrier looks like it might be part or all yorkie. You cant tell how crazy he is acting and never groomed. He has never been pet by a human. They are just calling him a black terrier. The show is about dogs from mills that are brought to dog town and how they learn social skills to become a pet.
