Monitronics.
We had ADT but we only were able to set the perimeter alarm everytime we left for fear if we set the whole thing, the motion of all our pets setting it off. But when we switched to Monitronics they said "fear not, you should be getting the full benefit of your alarm system"...etc., and said ours will not be set off by the animals..... and for the past 2 years, it hasn't. So perhaps they just need to have them re-adjust it or try Monitronics.
But even still, you should be able to just set your perimeter alarm when you leave (doors). Thats better than nothing.
