For me, the extra care is heights, being underfoot, dropping anything - stuff like that. Sometimes, play w/ Wylie (7.5 lbs) can get a bit rough too - and Marcel gets a little hurt - not Wylie's fault, it's just that Marcel is more vulnerable than Wylie. It was worse when I first got Marcel (he is now 1) bc things can go wrong SO fast w/ these little guys. He weighed 20 oz. when I got him at 4 mths. and it was REALLY scary at times. He now weighs 3 lbs. and though he is much sturdier now - I still find him markedly more vulnerable than my Wy.
